It shouldn’t come as any surprise that I have an obsessive fascination with color! I often play with color tools just to see what new color combinations I can come up with. I thought I’d share some of my favorite color combinations as I create them here for you! TANGY CANDY

Berry, lime, lemon, orange and tangerine…. Talk about a fresh punch of Vitamin C! Oooh, I can feel my lips puckering already!

Color combinations use sensory triggers. Certain palettes create an illusion that we can taste, see, smell or feel the actual colors. This is a tried and true method used in graphic design and advertising. I take into account these triggers when I am selecting colors for a business brand. That’s because we need to know which specific sense we wish to appeal to for optimal marketing effectiveness.
